Affirmations can help you with your day. It's like a seed you plant in your head and help that seed grow to turn it into a personal manifestation.
Guidelines for Affirmations:
It's best to use a positive instead a negative ( the subconscious likes to hold onto things like "no, won't, don't, can't and we would like our focus to be away from those)
Stay in the present tense ( so it is as if what you are planting is already happening)
Use first person wording
It is helpful to repeat the affirmation at least three times

My body is free of any ailments
I am without pain
I sleep peacefully
I sleep without fear and wake refreshed
I free myself from the need to smoke.
Except for the smoking ( shhhhh!) it really did help me. Maybe I outta take it up again with a focus on smoking eh?
