Ok, so updates.

I don't know if I got the job or not yet, prolly not until next week sometime. However, I think the interview went exceedingly well all things considered. I was all GQ'd up to the brim and looked good for a 33 year old fat man. I wasn't kicked out on my ass, and I wasn't escorted out by security. So that's a plus.

The way the manager was talking I think that I'm very highly in the running actually at this point. Things like, "can you be available after 3 weeks?" "when you get the position are you expecting relocation assistance?" things like that. Nothing that said I actually have the position, but nothing that says no either.

I'm really hoping on this one. Things are getting tight ...

I knew you could do it! Now the waiting game begins. Even if it doesn't pan out, you still had a great interview that you can be proud of.

I just received news, apparently the manager I spoke with did not feel that I would be a good "fit" with the team in San Diego ... He would not elaborate with the recruiter as to whether there was a specific reason or not, so no good critique on what I could have done differently, if anything at all.

kinda bummed at the moment ...

It seems it was na meant to be. I do hope you find something soon ( I know you all need it).
In the meantime do na be so hard on yourself. When you need be, you are one of the most professional people I know.
