I was around Reston/Herndon, about 20 miles west of DC. I did have a chance to visit Williamsburg (if you noticed the photos of the gravestones in my album). I regret not going to see more museums in the Smithsonian and not driving in the Shenandoah region.
CS - this is just my experience with it but, when I get too much caffeine, my kidneys don't like me, and the entire bottom half of my back tenses and strains up on me. Cut out the caffeine, and better in a couple days.
The naturopath I go to says especially with kidneys, the "moving pain" (pain showing up in other areas) is more common than one would think.
I would have thought I would have had symptoms like a UT infection or kidney stones....she says not. I did a detox program through her her and it helped a GREAT deal as well.
There....you have my pennies for the day ;-) LOL

My back is still miserable ( I think it getting worse!). Now I canna tell if it the shift in weather....!
