Default A Meditation For Your Day
I start every morning off with this......and end every night with this. With my hands in prayer position over my heart,
then brow ( third eye) then crown ( top of head)then brow, and then I finish again at chest ( heart) level.
I personally end it with "Namaste" ( The Divine in me bows and respects to and respects the Divine in you).
I find that this helps me in many ways.Mind you this is just the way I do it.
At any rate enjoy Mikao Usui's words (and I hope they help you too).
