Okay I don't know how some of ya'll feel about psychic powers, esp, special gifts n the like in regards to your wee ones.
Some people are like "no that na natural" or "lil Bobby has no knacks so we don't bring it up" or if it's more like "lil susie is just so darn intuitive! We wish we could help her hone that!"

Well if you are open minded here is a fun game and "psychic" primer (exercise) for everyone to play. In fact I bet you even played this before in school or at home as a kid.

I'm thinking of a number between 1 and 10. What is it?

Yes I am serious. Doing games like that (I'm thinking of a color, can you guess what shape I am thinking of, what farm animal am I thinking of etc) actually helps both participants focus and utilize ( hone) talents. And because it is a game it is not intimidating or makes you feel silly (shhh be quiet I am trying to convince this bugger that these are NOT the droids he is looking for.....).

Play it often. Keep track of the scores. Watch the improvement ( and there will be if you do this often).

It's a good way to not only learn focus, but open up and see if your strengths lay in being projectors, recievers or both.

I think I have some psychic tendencies, but I am not ready to lead people to dead bodies. Its more like picking up the phone because I know it is going to ring. I am also very in-tune to the spirits living in my house. It does concern me when I hear my daughter having a conversation with "someone" in the middle of the night, but it seems to be pleasant for her and so long as she is enjoying it...

Sweety you always been intuitive and I would bet a finger or two on empathic ( of course living with your mother would hone in the survival instinct on gauging the mood weather system).

So if you can't lead me to a dead body ( hey I'm bored and need MORE hobbies because articles, research, knitting, drawing, ranking on bad B horror flicks, networking and raising a family leaves so much time in my day ) can you at least lead me to some buried treasure?

Leading you to treasure would fall under the dead body category. If I could figure out where the riches are, I'd take you there in a heartbeat!
