I'm having trouble understanding this pair today ...

Coyote and Fox are following me today ... not being obnoxious, just hanging back and watching me do my thing. Occasionally I get a chitter from them, but other than that, their just always outside my periphery ...

What they chitterin?

Ask em.

Fox may answer you more directly than Coyote ( may is the operative word).

If they followin you around then something "interesting" is coming your way ( both of them are curious critters and love a good show....however COyote usually the star of his own shows...come to think of it both of em star in theiir own shows....only diff is that Fox does it on purpose and Coyote don't understand how he ended up in the limelight ...and usually na a pleasant one.....in the first place)

Fox's message is camoflage. Keep an eye out. Observe. Sometimes Fox has been known to use some keeerrraaazzzy antics to get what he wants. Maybe you gonna have to.....or maybe you gonna have to hold that keeeeeeraaaazy antics impulse in check and just hang back.
Did you know foxes can climb trees? Yea.....helps them gain a new perspective on things.......

Coyote.....also known to some as the trickster..... Actually half the time this poor old boy puts a scheme into play it backfires on him....he tends to get tripped up in his own tricks you could say.
Coyote teaches us to not be so somber, to laugh at ourselves when we make mistakes and more importantly to learn from them ( or suffer to be the fool whom is the center of lauging attention for all the wrong reasons).

Fox is in charge of his crazy antics, while Coyote THINKS he is in charge ( and comes up with crazy rationalizations for the outcomes of his antics).

• Defense and revenge(revenging....hmmmm be careful you do na do it Coyote style)

Is there something you normally give to them? Or something that you promised them? It could be that they are waiting for something from you.

That was all I could really get during meditation....that and I rarely deal with animal spirits.

I identify with wolf more than fox or coyote. I don't normally give anything to either of them, however last night I did a bit of dream walking and found some interesting tidbits.

First, Coyote's being an ass. Not because he's trying to be, he's just trying to be slick and all "teacherly" and it's annoying as hell coming from him. For him that's comical because he just comes off as smarmy. I'll listen to his "teachings" but at face value. He's not the most ... convincing thing around.

Second I'm not sure what fox is up to ... he's not being very talkative. He's more interested in playing in the leaves than anything else at the moment, which bothers me even more. I get the distinct impression that he's here to observe coyote's "teachings" so that when something goes funky he can pull an "I told you so" moment. I'm wary of fox currently.

Speaking with the white bear it seems that I need to get back into my dream studies ... I haven't been dream walking in a long time ... and that this will help to better illuminate the direction I'm trying to point myself to. She would not stay long, but left me with the impression that she's going to be watching me for awhile.

I did not talk to Crow cus he's being all smarmy on his perch looking down his nose at me with that, "you will learn padawan" look, and it irritated me.

There were a couple others that came to visit that I haven't talked to in a while; ferret stopped by only to remind me that even in times of dire worry I need to find a play outlet. Rabbit sat down next to me only to be startled into running off by wolf who stayed through the entire time I was in dreamland. Wolf has always been my support. I got the distinct impression that I have been away from the pack entirely too long and that I need to reconnect with the pack to move on.

When I woke up this morning, Mantis was sitting on my blanket staring at me. Now here's where I need abit of help with understanding ... I've never worked with Mantis, I've never talked with Mantis. However, there he was in real on my blanket in my lap. When he saw he had caught my attention he proceeded to walk up the blanket to my chest and stayed there for a long time just looking at me and cleaning his hands. From him, I got the impression that he has something for me ... but I cannot understand it or know it just yet.

Now, side note, most Mantises are in the process of laying eggs and dying at this time of the season, so for old man Mantis to stop by is of significance, but I don't understand it right now. Help here?

Overall I get the messages of, "You lost your job, YAY! You were looking for a reason to leave anyway. Get over it. It didn't hurt you that badly, and your family is provided for, get over it and move on and get back home."
