I would like to take the time to formally apologize for any inconvenience my extended time away from the site caused with the influx of spammers on the forums. For the loss of your sense of security in
TNP I can only offer my sincere apologies and my word that it will not happen again under my watch.
I have upgraded the site to the latest version of our software and it addresses the vulnerabilities that allowed the spammers into our sanctuary. As well, I've adjusted the default theme to something abit more pleasing. I will be adding more themes to choose from in the near future as well.
The Noble Pagan is back online and running safe and secure once more. I have removed all (I think) offending posters and posts on the site, while retaining our member base as best as I can under the circumstances. I will understand if my lack of attention to
TNP will cause you to not come back, that is your choice and I respect that. It is my hope that you can find it in your hearts to forgive my slackness as of late.
Last bit of news, I am looking for dedicated TNPers that are willing to put in the time to make
TNP what she used to be; the best place for pagans to come for their information and community needs. I am in need of moderators, content providers, instructors, and those that are web code savvy. If interested in any of these positions please send an email to
cloudrunner@noblepagan.com with your background and why you are the best fit for the job you seek. Compensation for your time will be provided in the form of full subscription features (once implemented) free of charge, a "@noblepagan.com" email address, and (again, once implemented) your own personal website space for whatever you want to use it for.
