To keep up the cold and to keep you sweeter than ever! (4-6 servings)
3 1/4 cups milk
3/4 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
Combine milk, cream, and vanilla in a saucepan and scald over low heat. In a bowl, mix the chocolate and about 3/4 cup of the warmed milk mixture, whisking until the chocolate is smooth and melted. Add the chocolate mixture to the remaiming milk and simmer, whisking, until thoroughly heated but not boiling. Serve hot and, if you wish, topped with a dollop of whipped cream (Highly recommended!)

Phhhh, you don't have to wait so long! I was still drinking Hot choco in the middle of Summer! ^^ Bwhahaha! But you can make it into a frosty like dessert if you have a blender. Just pour in the Hot coco, put in as much ice you feel nessesary, then blend it all together and bam!
YOu have a chocolatey frosty! ^^ Promise you'll love it either way!
Mmmmm lot of chocolate though still needs about 3 cups more of the yummy goodness.... Though how would it come out if you switched to milk chocolate instead of bittersweet?
