2 cups whole grain bread cubed
1 TSP balsamic vinegar
1/2 cup apple juice
1/2 cup water
3/4 cup olive oil
1-3 cloves garlic, minced (If your a die hard garlic lover, go for three or four. If you like garlic just enough but don't want too strong of a taste, go for two)
Place above ingredients in a blender. Allow this to sit and soak for 10 minutes. Pulse briefly to combine.
1/2 cup freash chives
7 freash mint leaves
2-3 TSP Yogurt
Add the chives and mint leaves to the blender. Pulse to combine. And yogart and continue to pulse. Add more apple juice if needed to make a thick dip. Place in the refrigerator for the least an hour before serving.
Serve with bread toasts, pita triangles, and freash veggies. For the true garlic lover, top with minced freash garlic before serving. You can substitute garlic chives for the minced garlic. You can also substitute roasted garlic insted of freash, for a less biting dip.
