I came up with this when I was pregnant with my son ( many many many moons ago). It's REALLY easy to make.
Your dough will be Rhodes Bake N Serve (which you can find at Fred Meyer's). Basically this is a bag of frozen bread loaves ( they come in 3 loaf or 5 loaf bags).
Thaw your loaf out in your fridge ( this takes about 24hrs.)
Set your oven to 375
Roll out dough to ( roughly) fit a 14 x 10 cooking pan.
Spray pan with nonstick spray ( like Pam) before putting dough in ( don't worry if part of your thawed dough has a "skin " on it....you won't notice in the final product.
Now pour on some of your favorite spaghetti sauce ( I like Prego Marinara).
Put on whatever toppings you like. Then shredded cheese ( I use Mexican four blend). Then more toppings.
I used to put the cheese on and then add green peppers, white onions and pepperoni.
Last night I put diced asparagus down, then the cheese and topped it with perpperoni.
Slide into the oven for about 30 minutes and WHA LA!
You'll notice that I did na give measurements for sauce, cheese and ingredients. It's because this is a personal pizza which means you can make it the way YOU like it.
I like medium sauce ( a couple of cups spread out).
I like EXTRA CHEEZE ( well xtra by others standards...).
For the asparagus I used about 4 of them and about a handful of pepperoni.
At any rate this is a fairly easy recipe to put together and is totally yummiliscious!
I started using the frozen bread dough loaves when I was pregs with my son ( he gave me a terrible craving for pepperoni and onion pizza...with a twist....he wanted green peppers on it....

).
