Okay now you have your materials now what do you do?
This is what I call open ended. The best spells, rituals and tools come from you. The basis of any spell or ritual is really based on themes and ingredients. It's what comes from your heart that spurs magic.....not a template (imo).
So with these "ingredients" what can you do to help heal after a loss?
For a ritual you can burn a candle in one ( or more ) of the candles listed ( as well as your personal deity candle if you have one) as well as one ( or more or a combination) of the herbs listed.
Take a moment to connect with the divine, focus your intent and form a chant for the type of healing you are seeking, etc.
If ritual is not really your thing or you would like to carry something about you to help you then you can make a small "mojo" bag out of purple ( or blue) cloth ( cotton, satin, silk) and fill it with some of the herbs and a small bit of earth. Tie it off with a white ribbon and feel free to add a charm or scroll or anything to that ( if you should like mind you...it's not a HAVE to sorta thing).
When you carry it with you just hold it and think of your personal chant or affirmation whenever you feel the need.
